club sema suite hotel is a great spot, location is perfect and the family suite i stayed in was super spacious. loved that the rooms were cleaned daily and spotless. the pool area is really nice and easy to chill by, no issues getting a sunbed. the staff were friendly and really helpful which made the stay even better. overall, a comfy and relaxing place to stay.

The room I had was spotless and spacious.
My stay was rife with issues. The air conditioning unit made constant noise, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the service was lacking as I had to repeatedly ask for an iron, and the breakfast options were extremely limited as they weren't topped up. There was a clear absence of attention to detail, which made the experience frustrating.

you woudl think a hotel with such potential would have their cleaning staff trained, but my room was dirty and full of hair. i nearly thought they expected me to bring my own towels too, as it took them days to change them. clearly, they don't believe in the concept of customer care, which is just plain sad. almost gave 5 stars but just couldn't.
